Did a page search in case I'm going blind and the only 'settings' references are those in the op + response. That's a nice theory but I haven't got a Settings tab. Paypal has nothing to do with renewing eBay authorization. I did have to fix my ebay account a few months ago since it was hacked. When I click that I've forgotten my security key I am taken to an error page every time. It has a picture of a grey paypal security key thing.
